InXpress Tonbridge

We have been using InXpress Tonbridge for almost three years now, shipping our products all over the world. The InXpress website is easy to use, the staff friendly, and on the rare occasion we have encountered a problem, they have sorted things out on our behalf with the minimum of fuss and bother. The service provided by InXpress means that we have more time to focus our efforts on the business and not worry about despatch. I would thoroughly recommend.

I have been using InXpress Tunbridge Wells for 3 years and have never had an issue with a delivery. They make despatch to Europe ‘easy peasy’, they provide a quick and efficient service at a very reasonable price. The staff are always polite and helpful and simply get the job done without hassle. I don’t need to use anyone else for our shipments outside of the UK, InXpress get the job done. ‘simples’.

Three years ago I needed to arrange a delivery from Kent up to Fort William in Scotland on a ‘overnight service’. This was a task new to me and having rang various courier companies at the time, I can honestly say that InXpress went out of their way and “went the extra mile” to help me and to arrange this delivery overnight. (All I was getting back from other companies was “this delivery cannot be arranged overnight due to the delivery location in Scotland”) 3 years later and due to their obvious experience, I still use them for all my deliveries and collections throughout the country.

We really appreciate the personal service we receive from Dipak and his team at InXpress Tonbridge. They react promptly and effectively to even the smallest of queries. Great work – keep it up.
