InXpress Walsall

We have used InXpress for all our parcel deliveries, both within the UK and to Europe, for many years. I always appreciate the help and advice they give me if we have to ship anything out of the ordinary, and they are always ready to help if there is a problem with any of the couriers we use. The website is easy to use, stores all my regular recipients and gives me lots of options where different couriers, costs and delivery times are concerned. I would definitely recommend them.

We have been dealing with InXpress Walsall for many years, and the team are amazing – Tom, Richard, Sally-Ann and Fay. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always come back to us if we have a query, no call centres and always happy to help. We could not wish for a better team, and their prices as well as their service are also excellent. We have many calls from carrier companies saying they can beat prices etc, but we would certainly not change.

I have been working with Inxpress for several years to fulfil shipment services for our domestic and international customers, with parcels ranging from very small to extra-large (pallets). I can’t fault the offered support and service. All queries are dealt with professionally, efficiently and promptly; no question is too big nor small, and the team are quick to get to the bottom of any niggles, both system and service-related; their Customer Service is outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Nemacom have been using InXpress for domestic and international shipments for some time, and are extremely satisfied with the service. The process of shipping to the EU following Brexit seemed daunting at first, but Tom explained everything and answered every query I sent to him….no matter how small and insignificant they seemed. If we ever have any questions I can email Tom or the Admin Team, and always receive a prompt response.
