Since partnering with InXpress I have received nothing short of first class support. The team are always on the end of the phone should we need them. I look forward to working with the team at InXpress for many years to come.

I would like to express our gratitude to James and all the staff at InXpress. They have made our job over the last few months much easier as the service we receive is first class. Their response to any email, telephone call and enquiries is very prompt, efficient and friendly. We use them daily for parcels (large, small, heavy and hazardous goods) for the UK and worldwide deliveries. Often our parcels need to be sent urgently and within tight time schedules, which is never a problem for them. Other couriers we have used in the past, have a time deadline and therefore do not accommodate our needs. InXpress can always arrange "urgent" pick ups at the very last minute to enable us to carry out our dedicated service to our customers. Long may our partnership with James and his team continue.

Since we started using InXpress we have received a first-class service. We were using TNT for all our out going sampling activity, that proved troublesome for the start. The inputting of information took up too much time and deliveries were not arriving on time. James visited our factory, which TNT never done, and evaluated what our needs are and come up with ideas on how to simplify this operation. This has resulted in less man hours for us and deliveries being delivered to the correct address on time. James and his team have also helped massively with our international deliveries. James and his team are always there to answer any questions and help in any way they can no matter what time of day. I look forward to working with Inxpress for many years.

Since we have been using James and his team, we have received 5-star services. Before we used to struggle to get our samples and small parcels to the more difficult places around the world but now, we don't. Our samples tend to be very heavy and customs fail to accept that they are only samples, but James is always on hand to offer advice and recommendation which have proved vital. Since using InXpress we have very little customs issue and all goods have been delivered on time. If there are any issues James and his team address them straight away and keep me updated throughout the process. I never got this level of service from previous carriers. I would highly recommend them. Well done James keep up the good work.
