Stack Cup UK needed a partner to take on logistical planning and execution, as soaring demand for their products was stretching resources in the office. The lack of this facility was causing customers to be inconvenienced and many were testing the products prior to placing an order. If this wasn’t enough, the main deliveries are to high profile, time critical, leisure events with tens of thousands of people using the products within the venue.

InXpress Sheffield South were approached by the Directors as they had received a recommendation from an existing customer. We suggested that they used our online booking tool, Webship, for the individual samples that are sent worldwide to prospective customers and that we would act as their outsourced shipping department for the larger sized consignments into contracted sites throughout Europe. These in the main, are major music and sporting venues such as the Oval, O2 Arena and Wembley Stadium plus others in Europe.

We provided a single point of contact and aligned transport needs directly with the factory production schedule, which we were given access to in real-time. This, along with our ability to leverage our contacts and knowledge of the freight industry, enabled all deliveries to me made on time. The seamless interaction between managers at Stack Cup UK and InXpress staff, enabled a virtual team to be built which, to this day, is extremely successful in retaining existing, and on boarding new, satisfied, Stack Cup customers
