Pricing is also excellent and very competitive and during the COVID-19 period, delivery performance has hardly been impacted compared to some of our other carriers, this is why we have switched over whenever we can and used InXpress. We really like the InXpress system, allowing us to choose the quickest or cheapest carrier dependent upon our needs. It really is great to be able to compare all carriers on one system. The team are great too - whenever we need help - regardless of day or time - we always get a prompt response.

InXpress are by far the best courier service we have ever worked with, and the prices are very good too. If there is ever a problem (which is quite rare) I know I can ring Simon and he will sort it immediately, nothing is too much trouble, and it is nice to speak to the same person every time.
