After my previous courier meltdown, Tracie reached out and we switched to InXpress. To date only one parcel has been delayed. Yesterday we booked 14 parcels on and due to a glitch they were not booked on, meaning DHL did not pick up the parcels at 5.30. Tracie sorted this issue for us so they were delivered as its frozen food so would of gone to waste. From this morning, she has organised a daily collection whether we book a parcel or not to prevent a recurrence and they have helped us integrate our web ordering so that labels can be printed off directly from the orders without us having to manually book it in saving us a lot of time.
All of this may be normal for many of you, but for a small business, the fact that we now have a reliable and on hand delivery partner has given us the confidence to promise our customers a fabulous experience knowing that every time an order is taken for delivery, our reputation is in safe hands. They are not the cheapest but after yesterday, I’m not complaining!
