At 9 o’clock I received a call from Stuart at InXpress saying he was embarking on a 2 hour trip to my place to deliver my flowers from the depot they’d be left at! They’re now all sat having a soak on my table and all wedding disaster has been diverted 😅 I’ve NEVER known or heard of customer service like it in my life. A delivery company that actually cares and would go to that length is unbelievable, I’m still in shock! In this day and age customer expectation is exceptional high, and when you work with perishable goods bought for some of the most important occasions of people’s lives such as weddings, christening and funerals. When people order their flowers, you can imagine the emotion that accompanies this , so our flowers have to arrive at the appointed time and we have to have the confidence in our delivery service to provide this. We are aware that on the odd occasion something may go wrong, and at these times we need a company that will go the extra mile and sort out any problem to get it resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
