Since we started using InXpress, we have saved a lot of shipping expenses as they have a good rates with multiple carriers, but also saved a lot of time as we do not have to deal with carriers personally.

We have dealt with several logistics brokers in the past, when we sign up with them, we get promised the absolute world, but when issues arise, they are not to be found. We were extremely sceptical to sign up with InXpress initially, however, with absolute certainty I can say this is one of the best decisions we made in our business. Their prices are extremely competitive, but more importantly the service is second to none! They go above and beyond for us, which in this industry is unusual. We have had issues on weekends and even late into the evening, they are always available via phone/email to help.
