InXpress Birmingham South

We’d been using one courier for a few years but because they are a large company we often find getting issues resolved quickly or talking to a single rep very difficult. The booking software for such a large company is also clunky and outdated. It’s been a relief to find InXpress! Their shipping tool is modern, very easy to use and so simple to integrate into our Shopify account – literally a few clicks and it was up and running for us. Everyone at InXpress is courteous, friendly and very helpful. They ring to ask if things are okay which is unheard of, and quickly get into action if we need anything.

I would like to say a very big thank you to the InXpress Team at Birmingham South who are all very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They arrange a swap box for us every week, and even call me if it gets late in the week and I’ve not emailed them, to book this in. I would really recommend them to anyone who needs to send parcels, either in the UK or Globally - fantastic service.
