Which is important for us, as members of the bfa, because we want to make sure all our franchisees feel confident in the decision they make, to start a business under our franchise banner. So, how does our membership bring security for you?
IN THE RUNNING FOR THE BFA’s FRANCHISOR OF THE YEAR AWARD
Back in September, we revealed InXpress had been shortlisted for the prestigious Franchisor of the Year award, at this year’s bfa awards. In their own words, the bfa awards are the “diamond standard in franchising”, so to have been shortlisted shows our dedication and commitment to both franchising in general, and to our franchisees, specifically.
Finalists for this award had to demonstrate they’re leading the way in terms of training and support of their franchisees, providing them with a sustainable and profitable business they can grow. We are proud of our Global network of 430+, and 107 franchisees here in the UK, who are thriving within their franchises, and inspiring each other to succeed as, together, we help them fulfil their potential.
The bfa’s key mission statement includes the phrase: “nurturing a strong, diverse and supportive community, recognising that we are stronger together.” This is a statement which is especially close to our hearts, at InXpress. It is very much the secret of our success.
SUPPORTING THE BFA’s WOMEN IN FRANCHISING CAMPAIGN
The franchise community is an empowering place to be. And we’re proud to be part of such a forward-thinking industry. As a franchise which operates in a “typically-male” sector, we’re inspired by the women in our network who stand out across the industry. We are confident that if you are a woman wondering if an InXpress could work for you, the support of the network will spur you on to success.
A perfect example of this is Carlene Pyke, who is featured in the bfa’s: Celebrating Women in Franchising guide. Carlene has been a real rising star within InXpress – especially over the last year. By working closely with Head Office, she gained the confidence to leave her comfort zone, and take on new roles within her franchise, and is enjoying the rewards this has brought her. She was also instrumental in supporting customers, as they pivoted to eCommerce.
Carlene is such an inspiration to the other 170+ women within the InXpress network, she received global recognition at our first InXpress International Women’s conference, held in September.
