InXpress franchisees come from a variety of backgrounds: Some already work in the shipping and logistics industry and wanted to expand their services; whilst others are business-minded, and recognised the earning potential of our brand. So, even if you don’t have any direct logistics experience, you will fully benefit from our proven model, developed and perfected over 21 years of successful trading. The InXpress system is accessible to anyone with an aptitude for business – especially sales, and we support you in all areas, from start-up to growth. 

We recently celebrated our 100th and 101st franchisees, Matt Strutt and Duncan Bird, who are now benefitting from our unbeatable training programme. They are already running their new InXpress business, and enjoying the challenge of growing something for themselves. With over 380+ franchisees now in our network, we really feel we’ve honed our training to absolute perfection - but, you’ll have to try it for yourself to believe it!

A big part of our new franchisees’ training, is an intensive two-week programme which covers all aspects of your new business: from sales and marketing, to customer service and strategic business growth. We also cover the details of using our innovative software platforms, which are at the heart of our operations and efficient customer service. Though we really pack it into those two weeks, everything is tailored to ensure you benefit from all the knowledge and expertise of the global InXpress brand.

Of the Training, Duncan says, “The two week Business Training was really good and really professional. It is well-presented and well delivered, in spite of everything having to be online at the moment. At the start of week one, I was reassured about how glad I am to be joining such a competent and successful brand, like InXpress. The whole sales journey I am starting on, is new to me, but the training has given me the confidence to feel like I know how to present the product, and offer solutions to my customers.”

All of our franchisees have access to advice and guidance at all times, and we schedule regular visits from your own Business Coach, as well as training sessions throughout the year.
