A decade of success at InXpress

Rob Williams will soon be celebrating 10 years of success with InXpress. He bought his franchise in Birmingham North West in November 2006 and has been enjoying the benefits and rewards of growing a business ever since! Having originally begun his career as an Insurance Broker and having owned and operated a member of small businesses before joining InXpress, Rob was looking for a new business that would complement his skills and experience whilst providing greater rewards for his efforts and felt that joining InXpress could prove to be a career defining change of direction.

“There are so many great benefits of being a franchisee, particularly in a fast growing marketplace and we were particularly pleased to have recently been able to purchase our own office premises. It has also been a great pleasure to see our staff rewarded with Accolades from the Franchisor for their achievements in sales within InXpress and I would like to think I was one of the first franchisees to embrace running an InXpress franchise as a management franchise. Prior to our involvement it was predominantly perceived as an owner operator franchise,” explains Rob.
